Hertfordshire Compact: Working Together - Better Together

What is the Hertfordshire Compact?

It is an agreement between the statutory, voluntary and community sectors working together in partnership to develop actions for their mutual advantage and your communities' benefit. The Compact aims to:

● Change cultures
● Deliver community benefit
● Develop relationships

Hertfordshire Compact partners aim to:

● establish a tradition of good practice in partnership working and joint action
● build on good collaborative practice that leads toward greater mutual confidence
● enable partners to challenge each other in a positive way that will lead to further change and positive outcomes
