How is the Hertfordshire Children's Trust Partnership (HCTP) structured?
The Hertfordshire Children's Trust Partnership (HCTP) is governed by the Children's Trust Board and lead by a Core Executive Group.The Core Executive Group faces a huge challenge. It needs to co-ordinate the activities of all the organisations involved in working with children and young people in order to achieve the five outcomes identified in the Government’s Every Child Matters programme.
