Young people

Youth Connexions is part of Hertfordshire County Council and provides youth work, information, advice, guidance, work-related learning, outdoor eduction and support for young people.

The majority of its work is with those aged 13 to 19 and up to 25 for young people with learning disabilities. It also provides support for young people leaving care up to the age of 21, through the Youth Connexions One Stop Shops and work-related learning in primary schools.
