Check the progress of an existing fault
Please ensure that you have your reference number to hand if you wish to check the status of an existing fault.
By using the online fault reporting system, your request will automatically be sent to the most appropriate team who will be able to quickly decide the best way of resolving the problem.
If, however, the highway fault poses an immediate threat to life or limb, please call the Police.
