You can contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our online contact form or email on hertsdirect@hertscc.gov.uk. Email messages will be dealt with during office hours.
Contact your Case Worker. Please allow at least one working day for your message to be seen by the local office.
In addition, you can make a complaint or compliment, or tell us about suspected fraud or corruption.

You can access many of Hertfordshire County Council's services online.

Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-4pm. Lines are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you are concerned about the welfare of a child or adult outside of office hours please call 0300 123 4040.
If you need to speak to us through a Language Line interpreter, ask the person who answers your call to arrange this.
