This is a 126-acre, 7 times Green Flag Award winner, community park with nature reserve, children's play area, boating lake, cafe and restaurant, fishing, orienteering, and activity centre offering expert tuition in dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and archery.
Opening Hours:
1st April-31st September:
Reception (daily) 9.00am-5.00pm (often later ring for details);
Lake: Sunday to Friday 9.00pm-5.00pm; Saturday and Sunday 1.00am-5.00pm.
1st October-31st March:
Reception and Lake: weekends only 9.00am-4.00pm.
