Furzefield Centre (Potters Bar)

The Furzefield Centre boasts a whole variety of wet and dry activities making it one of the largest and most comprehensive sports facilities in the South East.

The Centre has recently opened an exciting new facility for under 18's. Their "Shokk" gym offers a wide range of up to date fitness equipment to accommodate every young persons fitness and training needs.

Furzefield Centre is home to Beaumonts Health Club, which encompasses a Fitness Studio, Dance Studio, and Health Suite. The Centre can provide Fitness Assessments, Personal Exercise Programmes, and Personal Training. After all of that hard work, you can soothe away all of your aches and pains in the Health Suite, which includes a whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna, and treatment rooms.

They have a 33m pool as well as a teaching pool, which allows them to provide a range of swimming activities from Aqua Aerobics to Fun Swims. They also have a comprehensive swimming lesson programme for all ages.

Their all weather pitch is floodlit and is one of the premier all weather pitches in the South East. The astro is suitable for a whole range of sports including football and hockey.

There is a whole range of activities to keep kids busy throughout the year.

The Kiddie Kamps for 4-7 year olds are registered with OFSTED and provide a wealth of things to do with visits to the park, arts and crafts, bouncy castle, parachute games, and much more!

For 8-14 year olds, they have Day Camps which include Fun Swims, Football, Rounders, and Sports, as well as Arts and Crafts and special events organised by their energetic Playleaders.

Fun for Under 5's is a must at Furzefield with Fizzifun, Run-a-Round, Bounce About and Toddlers Gymnastics there's nowhere your toddlers would rather be!

For the older kids, there are Gymnastics classes.

The Creche is registered with OFSTED and takes all children from 3 months to 5 years old. The qualified and caring staff will look after your children so that you can enjoy your activity knowing that you children are in safe hands.

The Centre can also host your child's Birthday Party. You can choose from Fizzifun, Supa Bounce, Activity, Sports, or Pool Party, and they can even provide the food!
