The centre provides information and advice on the following:

* Local Topics;
* Events;
* Free UK Holiday leaflets and brochures (some are chargeable);
* Accommodation lists and booking service;
* Local interest books and postcards;
* Bus and Train timetables;
* Postage Stamps;
* Souvenirs;
* Coach trip bookings/short breaks and day trips.

Opening Times:
* Summer months - 7 days a week 10.00am-4.00pm.
* Winter months - Monday-Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm.
Closed for lunch one hour.

The service is operated by Waltham Abbey Town Council.
