Young Mens Christian Association (YMCA) (Watford)

This site provides residential accomodation for men and women over the age of 18. There is no maximum age but some priority is given to 18-30 year olds. In exceptional circumstances, under 18's may be considered, if sponsored by a recognised referral agency.

Activities and training are provided particularly in terms of those without full-time employment.

Social and recreational facilities for the local community:

* Fully equipped Gym and Fitness Centre, with keep fit, aerobics, step, yoga classes; youth weights classes for teenagers, Pilates, Boxercise etc;

* 50+ Activities;
* Junior and Youth Activities;
* Prince's Trust Volunteer Programme - with additional centre in Hatfield & Stevenage;
* Information Technology Suite with training available to the public;

* Holiday Playscheme for children - runs Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.45pm. Places for 60 children aged 5-12 at a number of sites;
* Parent and Toddlers Club

Opening Hours: 7.30am-10.30pm for recreational activities
