Childhood Support Services team are seeking the views of parents/carers of children under the age of 5 who have used one of Hertfordshire 82 children’s centres in the past twelve months. If you are a parent/carer who has used your local children’s centre in the past year or know someone who has you could be in with a chance to win a £25 Love2shop voucher for completing the on line survey. You can access the online survey here, or you can complete one at your local children’s centre. The survey runs between 14 September and 23 October 2015.
