Call Centre opening hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 6.00pm.

One Stop Shop opening hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Corporate Resources - This department is responsible for: Allotments; Business rates; Byelaws; Concessionary fares - bus and rail passes; Community safety; Council Tax; Council tax and housing benefits; Eviction of travellers/gypsies; Valuations.

Environmental Health - This department is responsible for: Animal Wardens; Asbestos disposal; Cesspools; Foul water drains and private sewers; Health and Safety - food hygiene, food poisioning, inspection of food premises; Licensing and registration; Pollution, noise control and Smoking ban.

Environmental Protection - This department is responsible for: Abandoned vehicles; Cemeteries; Environmental improvement grants; Grass cutting and verges; Grounds maintenance; Litter bins; Management of parks and open spaces; Public toilets; Recycling; Refuse collection; Street cleaning; planting and care.

Housing - This department is responsible for: Council housing; Empty properties; Estate management; Housing advice; Housing applications; Housing maintenance; Homelessness; Renovation Grants; Sheltered accomodation; Transfers and exchanges.

Leisure - This department is responsible for: Recreation and sports in Three Rivers including: Leisure Centres (William Penn Leisure Centre); Swimming Pools (Sir James Altham Swimming Pool); Rickmnsworth Golf Course; Tennis Courts; The Centre, South Oxhey. Tree felling.

Planning - This department is responsible for: Building regulation and control; Conservation areas; Cycle paths; Dangerous Structure and demolition; Historic and listed buildings; Land charge register and local land charge searches; Planning applications and appeals; Street naming and numbering; Tree preservation orders; Car parks - enforcement of charges.

Strategic Services - This department is responsible for: committee administration; community planning; community safety; customer services; elections and electoral registration; emergency planning;human resources; ICT; press and public relations.
