* Financial, Policy & Governance Directorate
This department is responsible for: Finance, Audit, Accountancy Services, Property Services, Risk Management & Insurance, Revenue Services - Council Tax and Housing Benefits, Business Rates, Performance and Quality, Community Development, Corporate Policy, Partnerships, Community Strategy, Legal, Land Charges, Monitoring Officer.

* Chief Executive Directorate
This department is responsible for: Democratic Services.

* Planning, Housing & Enterprise Directorate
This department is responsible for: Planning Control and Conservation, Regional and Strategic Planning, Local development Framework, Economic Development, Building Control, Environmental Health, Licencing and Enforcement, Housing Needs and Homelessness.

North Hertfordshire Homes now deal with Housing Services and Repairs, Supported and Sheltered Housing and Tenancy Services.
