Recommendations Progress Update - February 2010

Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue service have provided the following PDF files to assist with the circulation of information concerning this incident.

Following the incident, the Service set up investigation teams to determine the cause of the fire, the sequence of events and the reasons why two firefighters and one of the occupiers of the property died.

The information was compiled into an Accident Investigation Report and a Fire Investigation Report, which were presented to the Coroner to assist at the Inquest.

The Harrow Court Investigation Report contains the details extracted from those reports, which includes:

• The Fire Investigation Executive Summary
• The Recommendations Made

The third report provided is the Harrow Court Incident-Recommendation which contains further detail concerning the current status and progress with each of the recommendations.
