Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service are looking for members of the public to help us make the communities across Hertfordshire safer places to live and work.

Volunteers are needed to carry out activities aimed at reducing accidental and deliberate fires across Hertfordshire.

Working alongside local firefighters you will help to promote community safety by giving advice to members of the public at Community Safety events in your local area. This is not a salaried position, however all out of pocket expenses will be paid.So if you are 16 years or over, a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and are interested in joining Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service as Community Fire Safety Volunteer please contact Roy Aldwin on 01438 844970 for more information and for details on how to request an application pack.
