Welwyn Garden City Fire Station

To promote fire safety to all members of the community, those in care, those in workplaces, in voluntary groups, in schools, in clubs and societies.

By doing this the service aims to reduce the number of fires occurring, particularly in the home, and the number of injuries received from fires.

Groups such as Guides, Scouts, Boy and Girls Brigade etc are invited to the fire station for training and instruction towards their fire badges.

Through the commercial training section at Longfield, Stevenage, the Fire Service undertakes all fire training for companies, whether at the training centre or the companies premises. Courses can be tailored to meet most needs.

Opening Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm Non-emergency calls only.
