BASIC FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS

2 HOURS
Maximum 15 delegates per course

THE TEAM
Our training officers are current or retired operational fire fighters with years of extensive service and knowledge. Their unique, dynamic and practical fire fighting techniques provide an unforgettable award winning training experience.

TARGET AUDIENCE
All members of staff employed on employer’s premises.

OBJECTIVES
To provide delegates with the skills and knowledge required to be confident and competent in the event of a fire breaking out in the workplace.

Legislation and employees responsibilities

Fire precautions in the workplace

Action when: discovering a fire / fire alarm sounds

Serious fire scenarios (video footage)

Introduction to fire fighting equipment (identification & use)

Home fire safety - overview

QUALIFICATION
Certificate of Attendance

LOCATION
Client’s premises or HFRS Longfield.

OTHER INFORMATION:
There is no practical or live fire training on away courses.
Refreshments: Tea/coffee provided on home courses.
Dress Code: Casual
