House prices in Hertfordshire

Factsheets on House Prices in Hertfordshire are provided every January and July about house sales completed within the preceding period.
There is a six month time delay to allow data on sales to be collated, data is provided for sales completed within each quarter of the year. All data is Crown Copyright and is produced with permission of HM Land Registry on behalf of the controller of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office.
