What will happen when funding ends?

Questions you need to address:

• Who will be responsible for ongoing revenue funding?
• What is the level of commitment to your project at this stage?
• Could a greater capital investment radically reduce the ongoing revenue implications?
• What are the key factors for success? Can the project design assist the chances of success?
• Is the current lead partner or management structure the best suited to attract future funding? If not, should another partner be sought to ensure a satisfactory forward strategy?
• What plans are in place to revisit the forward strategy during the lifetime of the project and to take into account the lessons learned or issue arising?
