What are the objectives?

All funding applications will ask you to set out your project objectives one way or the other. Often the guidance will refer to SMART objectives, or the importance of setting realistic objectives.

SMART objectives are:

Specific: e.g. relating to a precisely defined target group
Measurable: e.g. linked to clear targets or milestones
Achievable: i.e. well-matched to the time, skills, and money available
Realistic: i.e. well-matched to the capacity of the partners, target group, etc
Time-based: i.e. including a clear timetable, which states when each target will be met
