Children's Cross Regional Arrangements Group(CCRAG) Home page

Welcome to the Home Page of the Children’s Cross Regional Arrangements Group (CCRAG).

CCRAG is a partnership consisting of 48 Local Authorities from the East, East Midlands, South East and South West Regions who are committed to working together to support the sourcing, contracting, monitoring and annual fee negotiations for children’s placements in independent and non-maintained special schools and children’s residential care homes.

The processes supporting the CCRAG are led by a team based in Hertfordshire County Council Children, Schools and Families, Strategic Commissioning Team, who work with the 48 Local Authorities in the partnership and the provider umbrella groups.

CCRAG is governed by a steering group, consisting of representatives from the four participating regions, which provides a strategic direction for the whole partnership.
