Common Assessment Framework (CAF)
The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is a way for practitioners to work together to meet the needs of children.The CAF can be used by all agencies working with children in England. It includes a simple form which has been designed to be filled out with a child or their parent/carer.
The form covers all aspects of a child's development, including their health, education and social development.
