Children and Young People's Plan 2008-2009

Based on feedback from partners and the Joint Area Review, the 2008-2009 Children and Young People’s Plan is much shorter and more focused to ensure it is readily understood and targeted at areas which require most improvement. It focuses on two themes. These are:

• Safeguarding children and young people
• Narrowing the gap between vulnerable children and all children

Across these themes, ten priority outcomes for children and young people are identified.
