The Hertfordshire Children's Trust Partnership (HCTP) is a countywide partnership that brings together Hertfordshire organisations that provide services for children, young people and families.

Our vision is:

“For all children and young people in Hertfordshire to enjoy a happy, healthy and safe childhood that prepares them well for adult life and enables them to reach their full potential. Children and young people should be valued members of society whose achievements and contributions are welcomed and celebrated”
