Hertfordshire Property

Welcome to the property pages of Hertfordshire County Council's website
www.hertsdirect.org
The council owns or leases over 2,000 property assets, which would cost £1.886 billion to replace. As well as schools, assets include libraries, fire stations, waste management sites and buildings for the provision of adults’ and children’s services.
Our vision is to only use property that maintains and supports service delivery.
We work to ensure that our property, along-side the council’s other resources, is used in the best possible way to meet the fundamental aim of the county council - to provide the best possible services to the people of Hertfordshire.
