Strategic Commissioning Group

The Adult Mental Health Joint Commissioning Team reports to the Joint Commissioning Partnership Board (JCPB) and works with a county Strategic Commissioning Group (SCG) to plan and co-ordinate adult mental health services in Hertfordshire. The core membership of the SCG comprises: service users, carers, representatives from Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), JCT, Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) and the voluntary sector. Once a quarter a performance report is presented to this group. These can be seen below.

The SCG also acts as the county "Local Implementation Team" (LIT) for adult mental health and as the disseminator of relevant information to each local LIT.
