Local Resource Centres

  • Do you need equipment to help you cook or eat?
  • Do you have difficulty getting into the bath, on or off chairs or toilet, or getting dressed?
  • Do you need information on disability issues?
Qualified staff can give you advice on and help you obtain gadgets or equipment to make your everyday life easier. These include kettle tippers, jar openers, adapted telephones, bath seats, perching stools and many other items.

Staff can also help you find information - about holidays for disabled people, local support groups, specific medical conditions, and much more.
