Contacting Adult Care Services
If you would prefer to discuss your situation directly with our client services staff you can telephone - remember to choose the Adult Care Services numbers in the 'Contact us' link (on the left of this page).
You can ask for help for yourself or for someone else. If you are asking for help for someone else, it is important that they agree to you acting on their behalf. We will ask you about this.
If you are contacting us by phone we will need to find out more about you, such as:
- your name, address and date of birth,
- your situation and your current problems,
- any particular issues for us to be aware of in relation to your beliefs or ethnic origin.
Our client services staff are available to speak to you on Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am - 4pm.
In an emergency outside these hours our social care emergency duty team may be able to help. Details of this service are in the link below.
