About the Supporting People programme

Supporting People is a working partnership of local government, service users and support agencies.

The grant that funds these services is administered locally on behalf of the partnership board - the Commissioning Body for Hertfordshire.

Partners in the programme, represented on the Commissioning Body, include every district housing authority, Primary Care Trusts, Adult Care Services and the Probation services.

Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) is the administering authority within the county.
