How to comment, compliment or complain about your support service

If you are receiving a support service you can make a comment or compliment about the service you are receiving or complain if you are unhappy with the service. Your views are important to us, as this helps us ensure we provide the best possible services and know when we need to improve.

Comment or compliment
Tell us when we’re getting it right, praise a member of staff or a particular service. If you would like to make a comment or compliment, please use the compliments and complaints form, which can be found by following the link on right of this page

Complaints
To complain about a service, or the way you have been treated and to ask for it to be improved:
  • In the first instance, most problems can be resolved by discussing them with the people who directly manage your service. Your support provider should ensure that you have information about how to complain to the organisation if your complaint is about the service.
  • If you are not able to resolve the complaint in this way, or are dissatisfied with the outcome, we are happy to be involved. Send us your completed compliment and complaints form, which can be found by following the link on right of this page.
