How to comment, compliment or complain about your service
The Supporting People programme is responsible for ensuring that the services you receive are cost-effective, reliable and of the highest quality.
Support services are commissioned by the Supporting People team. The team monitor and regularly review these services to ensure that:
- they safeguard your security, health and safety
- you are protected from abuse and discrimination
- you are treated equally and fairly
If a service is not listed in the directory, it means that we do not have a contract for it and that Supporting People will not be able to help you pay for the service. It also means that we do not make checks on the quality of the service.
If you are unhappy with a service provided to you, you can complain. The provider of the service should give you guidance on how to do this. Alternatively, you can use the online complaints form - select the link on the right of this page.
