How to apply for housing-related support

You can apply for housing-related support in a number of ways, including:

• Self-referral - you contact the organisation directly. For details see the link to the directory of Supporting People services on the right
• Housing department referral - contact the housing department at your local borough or district council
• Adult Care Services referral - contact Hertfordshire Adult Care Services Customer Service Centre.
• Health care referral - contact your local health department
• Probation referral - contact your local probation service
• Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) - contact your local CAB
