The Income Section deals with financial administration in respect of the individual service user, processing any assessment for subsidy for housing related support (Supporting People) services and any referrals for a service user requiring assessment under the ACS Charging Policy for non residential social services. Within the Income Section, there is a team of Community Finance officers who carry out the financial assessments for services users.
The Financial Accounts team deals with financial administration in respect of payments to the providers. This means that you need to send in your Client Change Details forms to this team who will process the information contained within the form. This team will then return the Tenant Subsidy Schedule to you for checking.
