Supporting People workplan

This plan was drawn up following the Audit Commission inspection of Supporting People (SP) in May 2006. It responds to the feedback provided by the Audit Commission. This Service Improvement Plan is set within the Adult Care Services (ACS) Service Improvement Process (SIP) and will be monitored by the Assistant Director, Performance & Commissioning and reported regularly to both the ACS Management Board and the SP Commissioning Body (CB).
