Supporting People quality monitoring

The annual baseline questionnaire has replaced the quality assessment summary sheet. This captures information for contract monitoring and service reviews and is essential for our understanding of services and monitoring continuous improvement. A questionnaire must be completed for each contract and no form is needed for Community alarm services as they are exempt.

Hertfordshire County Council Supporting People Team has taken the decision to introduce two new QAF Supplementary groups in addition to the 6 core objectives. These new groups are aimed at encouraging more service user involvement.

The Groups are as follows:

GROUP 2 – Rights and Responsibilities
