Young Person’s Floating Support Scheme

This service will work extremely closely with the service described above. It has now been agreed that it would be difficult to operate this as a separate entity or contract from the assessment and advice part of the service.

There will be increased coverage across all parts of the county, this will fill the gaps in service where there is currently no floating support provision for young people. i.e. Hertsmere and Stevenage

The capacity of the young person’s floating support service: is 800 hours per week of support.

Average support hours per service users are 4 hours.
