Supported Lodgings Scheme

The development of this service is almost complete. The scheme will be located and managed within the Independence Support Service from 1st October 2007. The Scheme will consist of a 0.5 manager, 2 qualified support staff who should all be in place by January 2008. This staff structure is comparable with family placement staffing levels and structure.

The Project Leaders (John Short and Lin Phillips in CSF) are developing a robust system of policies and procedures based on fostering regulations.
