What outcomes are being measured?

Communities and Local Government (CLG) has chosen to use the key outcome domains set out in the national Every Child Matters agenda. Whilst these were devised for children, they are clearly relevant to adults as well. The five domains are:

• Economic well being
• Enjoy and achieve
• Be healthy
• Stay safe
• Make a positive contribution

Each domain has a number of indicators and measures that relate to it. These are set out on a form that providers will need to complete and return. A copy of the form for short term services is attached.

Outcomes will be measured against identified needs set out in individual support plans.
