Supporting People outcomes framework

Communities and Local Government (CLG) has introduced a framework to measure outcomes for service users from the Supporting People Programme. Implementation commenced for short term services on May 31st 2007. The scheme for long term services was introduced in July 2007.

Hertfordshire Supporting People is committed to working with providers and service users to use the outcomes information to drive service improvements. The Commissioning Body has agreed to incorporate the outcomes framework into future contract monitoring arrangements.

We will work with providers so that the framework works for the benefit of us all.
