Supporting People aim to ensure that the best use is made of the support services contracted through Supporting People in Hertfordshire. To do this we intend to focus on outcomes for service users whilst continuing to check that services are operating to an appropriate level of capacity.
Your quarterly performance data will be monitored against the programme targets detailed in Table 1 as we seek to work with you to achieve best use of services. These targets now reflect variations between client groups, and the nature of some services. You may be contacted if your service falls below the set levels.
However, if you supply information to explain levels of performance within the comments section of your Performance Indicator workbook, we may not need to contact you.
For those services which complete Client Record Forms for new service users, we also want to draw your attention to the importance of reporting in full your clients secondary support needs, in particular support needs due to drug misuse which we suspect may be underreported at present.
