Commissioning Body Terms of Reference

Background

Guidance from the Secretary of State requires Hertfordshire County Council, as the Administering Authority for Supporting People in Hertfordshire, to use it’s best endeavours to establish a Commissioning Body for Supporting People in Hertfordshire.

This document sets out the Terms of Reference for the Commissioning Body, and is intended to be compatible with the guidance issued by the Secretary of State.
