Comment - put your views, raise a concern, or make a suggestion for improving a service
Complain - about a service, or the way you have been treated
Compliment - praise a member of staff or a particular service
If you wish to make a complaint, first tell the member of staff who is working with you. If you feel they can't help or if you are not satisfied with the answers they give, get in touch with their manager.
If you are still not satisfied that the problem has been solved, you can ask for a further investigation of your complaint.
