Annual Audit Letter and Council Response

The District Auditor produces an Audit Letter for County Councillors each year which summaries the more important matters which have arisen during the course of the annual audit. The annual audit covers both the accounts and the Best Value Performance Plan.

The actions which have been, or will be, taken to address the key issues raised in the Audit Letter are set out in the Council Response.
