East of England Strategic Authority Leaders (EESAL)
EESAL is an informal cross political party grouping of the Leaders of all 11 County and Unitary Authorities in the Eastern Region.
Representing over five and a half million residents across the East of England, membership consists of Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils and Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council, Luton Borough Council, Peterborough City Council, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and Thurrock Council.
