The coordination of member visits to HCC residentail establishments for children in public care. The Group may make observations and recommendations to the Children's Services and Corporate Parenting Cabinet Panel arising from such visits.

Membership: 8 (5:1:1:1*)
* to include a parent governor or church representative
Plus one non-voting member from the appropriate Management Partnership Group
