Almost 600 people have registered to receive regular updates and each month they are sent an e-mail with the latest news from the Observatory. You can add your e-mail address to the list by contacting hertsobservatory@hertscc.gov.uk.

Facts and figures

In 2006 (up until 30 November), there have been 5163 visits to the Observatory and 82207 hits. 552 individuals currently receive the Observatory’s monthly update e-mail. 65 organisations have contributed the 1388 resources which are available on the Observatory. Over 250 people have logins for the 12 extranet areas that are currently available. Did you know that the average Observatory visitor spends 12.2 minutes using the site per visit?

We want your resources!

If you or your team produce resources that you could share with a wider audience, think about adding these to the Hertfordshire Observatory. If you get lots of enquiries from colleagues, the public or partner organisations about a specific area, think how much time you could save by referring people to the Observatory so that they can find the information for themselves.
