eTendering system

Since May 2004 the Council has been running a Tender Opportunities service on our website to advertise contracts. This enables suppliers to go into the website and download documents, which they can complete electronically and then return. At present tenders still have to be returned in hard copy. The Council is in the process of developing enhancements to this system. The current system has saved buyers a great deal of time and money in the sending out of tender documents and has been well received by buyers and suppliers alike.

To view Tender Opportunities click on the grey Contracts and Tenders link on the right where you will also be able to view the HCC Contract Register.

It is now possible to receive e-mail alerts informing you of new information for Businesses and when new Tender Opportunities are available. You can register to receive information on particular types of Contracts relating to your areas of business.
