The supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union
This is available free of charge on the TED website. It lists, on a daily basis, the public sector contracts currently out to tender within the European Union that are covered by the European directives on public procurement i.e. essentially the contracts of which the value is above the thresholds specified in the directives.

You can subscribe to the Tenders Alerting Service. This is a chargeable service run by the Hertfordshire Euro Info Centre. It can help a company find out about world-wide business and sub-contracting opportunities. There is an initial set-up fee, covering the establishment of the search specification and two exploratory searches. The service is then available on a three-month or yearly subscription basis.
