All public telephone enquiries should go through the main switchboard.

Main Council Departments:

Neighbourhood Services: Environmental Health and Housing, Community Safety, Anti Social Behavior, Licensing, Planning and Building Control.

Customer and Community Services: Environmental Services, Refuse and Recycling, Community and Cultural Services, Leisure and Recreation, Customer Services and New Media, Parking Services.
There are Customer Service Centres at the following locations:

Bishop's Stortford
Council Offices, The Causeway, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 2EN.
Monday to Friday: 8.45am-4.45pm.

Hertford

Monday to Friday: 8.45am-4.45pm
