Hertfordshire Forward Conference 2012
This year's Hertfordshire Forward conference was held on 20th January at Robertson House in Stevenage. Nearly 90 delegates attended and heard presentations from a range of speakers, providing a strategic overview of the County across a breadth of service areas and issues.
Presentations included:
- The state of Hertfordshire (Robert Gordon, Chairman, Hertfordshire Forward and Leader, Hertfordshire County Council)
- The Economy of Hertfordshire (John Gourd, Chairman, Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership)
- The Health of Hertfordshire (Dr Raymond Jankowski, Deputy Director of Public Health, NHS Hertfordshire)
- Volunteering and the Voluntary Sector in Hertfordshire (Mark Mitchell, Chief Executive, Community Action Dacorum)
- Community Safety in Hertfordshire (David lloyd, Chairman, Hertfordshire Police Authority and Andy Bliss, Chief Constable, Hertfordshire Constabulary)
