Economic activity results from the 2001 census
Use the links below to find appropriate tables of results from the 2001 Census relating to whether people are economically active (employed full-time, employed part-time, self-employed, unemployed or full-time student) or economically inactive (retired, student, looking after home/family, permanently sick/disabled or other).
Results are available for local authorities i.e. Hertfordshire as a whole and the ten District or Borough Council areas in Hertfordshire. Results are also available for the 193 electoral wards, 126 civil parishes, 77 County Council electoral divisions and 228 settlements (as defined by HCC) in Hertfordshire.
